The challenge
Parking Badge through subsidiary organizations has hundreds of accounts with apartment complex owners in the Dallas & Fort-Worth area to offer towing services, for all illegally parked cars. They were finding themselves tangled up having to use multiple systems to operate and not being able to deliver a smooth customer journey. They needed a one-stop shop for all their operating needs that would allow them to double their efficiency and charge guests to park in their locations. On top of this, they also wanted an iphone and android app to allow their customers personalized management of parking lots.
The Solution
ElectricBot worked closely with the Parking Badge team to rebuild their operations in the form of a completely customized web and mobile application. Together with Parking Badge, we re-engineered the logic behind their operations and simplified every process.
We also introduced new features, such as guest parking and paid parking. To complement the website and CRM, we built a mobile app that will work seamlessly alongside the website, and allow them to offer a unique customer experience for their different end users, such as tenants, guests and towing companies.

The development of the website and CRM has been incredibly successful as Parking Badge has now drastically simplified their operations. This translates in to hundreds of hours of time saved each month for their staff. More importantly using our software they were able to create an additional income stream by charging guests to park in their locations. The digital experience we created online is also proving to be effective with a higher frequency of potential customers submitting requests to demo the software.
